HS football games are policed by the local police department. Not sure about the other sports

I think a ban on bringing in drink bottles/containers from outside may help and once they are in to watch the game, they should have to stay in (no going back and forth to their cars).

I doubt it's legal, and if it is, some ACLU guy will argue with it, but if all cars were searched.. not pull apart everything searched, but a quick look inside the car and trunk for alcohol, that would keep the kids from drinking on the way, at and on the way home from the games.

I also think that if their condition is obvious, that yes, the AD should have some responsibility for taking action and having them PC'd, parents informed and treated as if it were on school property (suspension, etc). These games are school sanctioned events.
