New retail building

I know more lights mean more time getting to where your going...But have you ever tried to drop / pick up a child at the Wynn? Or go to / leave one of those softball fields? IMO,At certain times of the day it's almost impossible to get out of that street. I'll bet that those lights will be a flashing set of lights more than they are a working set of lights. Lights that turn from green to yellow to red are called working lights...As opposed to flashing lights. All I was saying was that the lights will IMO be flashing more than not flashing...Sorry if I confused anyone

Very responsible developer paid for the whole intersection

Thats fine, but every additional light you put on 38 backs trafic up more than it is now, and Im sure if the developer paid for the light it was to benefit his own project.

Does anyone know what is going in to the old Cusano's resteraunt? I see they have been working inside there the last couple of weeks.

This is a welcome development. That land parcel was an eye sore.

About traffic:
How come Wilmington people manage on the same Rt.38 that has been
nicely turned around by them... I remember how it was looking few years ago and now.
Its a great hustling business district .. .a sign of a lively community.

I find it strange that people complaint about new businesses coming to an otherwise eye sore site
which could potentially generate revenue and then also oppose to raising taxes. How do you
suppose town to provide better services?

I would appreciate some nice working lights as opposed to flashing at the intersection at North and East. That intersection is horrible any time of day or night.
