Open Space Group,

Please join us on Earth Day for Tewksbury's Community Improvement Day!

We need your help! Our ‘Earth Day: Community Improvement Day’ is approaching quickly! On Saturday, April 21st, from 9am to 2pm, several improvement projects will be going on around Town that have been designed to significantly improve Tewksbury’s open space and recreation areas by making them more enjoyable for Tewksbury residents. We are looking for all of the help we can get! If you are interested in joining us to help improve Tewksbury’s outdoors please go to this link below to learn more about the great projects that will be going on. I strongly believe that the work we have planned on this day is going to significantly improve some of Tewksbury’s most notable open space areas and make them more enjoyable for everyone in Town.

Earth Day Clean Up is THIS Saturday and we have unprecedented participation. Residents are coming together to take back the town from the trash monster. Join us to make a real dent in the problem. Pick a stretch of roadway near you or choose from our list. We supply the gloves, vests and trash bags. Get out and join your neighbors or make some new friends with like-minded residents.
Kids, youth groups, everyone is welcomed. See the sign up link below! Sponsored by the Beautification Committee and the Open Space Committee.

I am absolutely thrilled with the response thus far on the sign up page! This is an incredible opportunity to give back and enhance YOUR community in a significant and meaningful way! There are MANY locations and projects worthy of attention for caring, able bodied citizens....from roadway trash pick up to trail clearing, to continued cleanup effort at the Pines Hospital cemetery! Won't you consider picking an area of interest to you and come out to join fellow residents in this worth Community endeavor? Many hands make lighter work and collectively together can improve our environment significantly! Join us on Earth Day THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 21st! Thanks. 8)
