Important question on "agreements" for those union

Postby bferrari on Wed Jan 21, 2004 10:59 am

My question is, if the unions and the hockey parents get a written contract and agree for what they want in return for their vote at Town Meeting, I assume this agreement is with Mills Corporation?

What happens if after the Town Meeting vote, Mills Corporation backs out or sells off the land to another developer, possibly another mall developer, or 40B, or magnetic cyclotron, or whatever. Aren't those agreements now null and void? Which would mean that the union guys would NOT get work and that the hockey parents WON'T be getting their hockey rinks?

Just asking, because anything is possible.
