who checks to see if the drainage
from ira motors shlott tire golds gym
and the heartland mall is working
properly where does the water go
if these drains are blocked where would
you think it would back up
where does the town keep these records
who pays to keep them clear
what if someone drowns in one that has
not been maintained who would get sued
what effect should these drains have on
future projects along main street
no one ever answers my questions
and its not because i cant write

The drains in Rt 38 are the responsibility of the state highway department

im sure all the companys mentioned
had orders of conditions imposed on them
when the deals to let them build on wetlands
and change long standing natural drainage was approved
it effects peoples homes the town must have records of this i get the feeling mr dorhety is not the man i should talk to
does he work for town am i being had here
