"Company Affiliate Takes on Project"
After purchasing a 68-acre site from the town for $2.95 million in June, L.J. DiPalma Inc. sold the property to its affiliate, Stonewood, L.L.C., according to Maureen DiPalma, who is president of the first company, and manager of the second. Stonewood will oversee the construction of the 276-unit senior care campus that DiPalma estimates will take three to five years to complete.
