Thank you Mike!

If I read these warrants wrong, there does NOT seem to be any articles about changing our form of town government? I assume that hasn't hit us yet?

That will not be ready now till "at least" Oct. STM.....thanks to the SACC being called out on their Open Mtg. violations.

Forgive me for the dumb question but is the Sewer Enterprise Fund for paying the electic bill?
ARTICLE 2
To see if the Town will vote to approve the sum of $8,347.86 to pay outstanding bills of previous fiscal years and that to raise this appropriation the Town will vote to transfer $8,347.86 from Sewer Enterprise Fund Operating; or take any other related action.

concerned_as_usual,

The Sewer Slush Fund pays for the electric bill for the sewer pump stations. Looking at the "5210 Energy Utilities" line item in the FY2012 Budgets Book:

http://www.tewksbury.net/Pages/Tewksbur ... /sewer.pdf

the Town Manager's Recommended amount for FY12 is $75,500.

Of course the next question is that if we owed $8,347.86 for FY10 (I'm assuming because the article does not state the date of the outstanding bill(s)), did they budget enough for FY12?
