This may seem like a dumb question but what were the town positions on the democrat ballot that weren't on the republican ballot in todays primary vote. Thanks.

I believe you're referring to the members of the Town's Democratic Committee.

dumb questions:

What does the Town Democratic Committee do?

Why do people want to be on it?

The ballot said 'vote for 35' and there were exactly 35 names listed. Does this mean that anyone can get on the committee and the ballot number will adjust to accomodate them?

I did not, could not vote for anyone of them. Names like Gill, Fowler do not deserve my vote for anything. Not even town toilet cleaners.
